July 4 Parade

Join us on July 4 at the Freedom Days parade. This years float honors four female veterans! Also, be sure to say Hi and get a free flag.

We have a new President!

Please welcome BJ Gugat as our new President! She replaces Jay Peterson who is now the Commander of American Legion Post 1776. Both positions were effective June 18. 2025.

Dakota County Fair - August 4-10

We are dedicated to supporting our military service members, veterans, and their families by fostering strong community connections and providing essential resources. Our mission thrives on the commitment of volunteers like you who share our passion for making a difference. We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help with:

Organizing community events and fundraisers
Coordinating support services for military families
Assisting with outreach and awareness campaigns
Providing administrative or logistical support

No prior experience is required—just a willingness to serve those who have served our country. Whether you can commit a few hours a month or take on a more active role, your time and skills will have a lasting impact.
